Return Policy

Dear valued customer:

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order and we hope you enjoy your new products.

Before opening your products, read the following instructions:

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact UPS immediately at 330-436-3260 to file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging and merchandise exactly like you received them for UPS inspection. UPS will contact us once you file a claim and we will then ship you a replacement. A phone call to Importers Direct is unnecessary as this process will happen automatically.

If your product has arrived defective, do not call Importers Direct, the manufacturers listed on the returns sheet included in your shipping box will be able to replace the item for you. It is your responsibility to contact the appropriate company immediately after opening your package and follow their procedures to obtain return authorization:

If the manufacturer of your product is not listed on the sheet we sent you, call our customer service department at 330-436-3260 for further instructions.

If you are not satisfied and would like to return your product, we do not accept returns after 15 days. Returns can be for replacement, refund, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in new condition and packaged in the original retail box in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on software for any reason. Contact the software's manufacturer if defective. We do not accept returns on blown speakers. We do not accept returns on fog machines, snow machines or bubble machines once fluids have been used in them.

In the event you are returning an item to us, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number
  • Pack the item back into its original manufacturer’s box along with all parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc. If anything is missing, written on, taped, damaged, or defective, we will not be able to replace your item or offer a credit. The item has to be in perfect, just like you received it.
  • Once packaged back into the manufacturer’s box exactly like you received it, place the item in a corrugated shipping box and write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box, and address it to: Importers Direct LLC., Attn: RMA# ______ 1559 South Main, Akron, OH 44301.

Please note:Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or any item not shipped back in a corrugated shipping box will be refused and returned to you. Do not send back merchandise C.O.D. or freight collect. We can not accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. Importers Direct LLC. is not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
